Dr. Raluca-Oana Andone is Vice-President of Romanian National Council for Ethics of Scientific Research, Technological Development and Innovation (CNECSDTI) of Romanian National Research Authorithy under the Ministry of Education and Research. She is Romanian NCP for ERA Action #18 on Ethics and Integrity (“Developing a coherent and coordinated framework for a European approach to integrity and ethics in R&I in the face of emerging challenges”). She participated to updating the national research ethics legislation in 2024 and coordinated elaboration of National Code of Ethics and codes of ethics in fields of research. She is President of Ethics Commission of Petru Poni Macromolecular Chemistry Institute of Romanian Academy, where she has been a senior legal adviser since 2002, coordinating the Legal Department, and being involved in over 20 EU, structural and national funds research projects. She holds doctoral degree in Law. She also has an experience of 15 years of university lecturer in Civil law.
